Dental Sealants
Sealants are used to fill in narrow grooves in a tooth that cannot be adequately cleaned by brushing. In some cases, the tooth structure has fine grooves or pits which accumulate plaque, not because the person doesn’t brush, but because they’re too narrow to allow even one bristle into them. These will develop cavities over time, and you don’t want that. Dr. Collins will brush on a coating that seals the grooves and pits, making it possible to brush off all the plaque and keep your teeth healthy.

Fillings
Tooth colored fillings are used to treat cavities and decay, but may also repair cracked or broken teeth. The tooth is restored using a composite or amalgam filling and then Dr. Collins will confirm that your bite lines up comfortably. Most people have had a filling in their lifetime, but today’s technologies and new advanced materials have made the filling much stronger, longer lasting, and seamlessly matched to your natural tooth.
Resin Composite
Tooth-colored fillings are always used by Dr. Collins to create the most aesthetically pleasing cavity filling solution.
