Little Caesars Pizza

I went to pick up my order. There were 2 gentlemen & a couple in there before me. I stepped up to the register and waited my turn. The 2 gentlemen left & supposedly the couple were waiting while their pizza were being prepared. The three kids seemed to be oblivious that I was standing there waiting to be waited. I stood there for at least five minutes & then there was a gentleman standing in the corner whom it turned out to be the manager & he was not oblivious to what was going on. I was very frustrated & he looked at me and asked me if I had been waited on & I told him "no sir, but I have been standing here for at least 5 minutes waiting to be waited on". He immediately apologized & got those kids attention & I did finally get waited on. The manager made everything right by saying the next time I came in I would receive a free pizza & bread sticks. Those kids definitely need to learn customer service or they don't need to be working out in public.
