        The customer service is the best I have ever received. they are down to earth good people and would highly recommend them to anyone !

        I also need to mention the cost of purchasing a pellet stove was as good as it gets as I did my research from the Big Box to the other independents in the state and Phelps and Sons was a hands down winner.

        If you are thinking about buying a Harman or Quadra-fire pellet stove I highly recommend that you consider purchasing it from Phelps & Sons! You will not find a better person to work with than Brian Phelps. He is dependable and you can count on him to do excellent work. If you ever need service, I know from experience that he will follow through and go the extra mile to be sure that everything is “made right.” I am really glad that I purchased my Harman Accentra 52i pellet insert from him!

        Excellent service. Have plenty of stores in my area that deal with pellet stoves. Drive 60 miles to deal with phelps & son. Honest, knowledgable & fair.
