Pet Factory

I use to not like pet factory but they have came a long ways with a lot of things in the store. I enjoy going here now for many reasons, being talked to like a real person, place and pets are very clean, will ask if you need help with in reason, I've gone to a lot of pet places and there fish have ink ( disease ) and has ended up taking out my hole tank on me but every time I've gone to pet factory, The fish are very healthy and never had any trouble with there fish of any kind. you get your money wroth going here.

I give this place 0 stars!!!!! Very poor conditions of the pets went in on Friday May 5th 2016 to get 1 single goldfish to replace my 5 year olds that passed while he was at school and was told I had to preorder a $2 goldfish. Meanwhile there were 6-8 dead ones floating on top of tank and in other tanks we saw. Workers were rude and not helpful I highly recommend going to Empire Aquatics on oxbow rd. At least he was pleasant nice and honest and a Family owned business!!! We took our 100$ business and got more supplies and new tank from them!!!

I stop frequently for crickets for my lizard and to just browse. Not many small pet shops around anymore and I really like this one. The owners are nice and helpful and all the animals enclosures are clean which I like to see.

I wish it were possible to give 0 stars. I decided to have my grandma grab crickets for my beardie since she passes by this store everyday. Out of the 5 dozen crickets she purchased, none survived the night. They were kept in the same condition as the ones from petsmart. The only loss I had with the ones from pet smart was from being eaten by my beardie. On top off this, the animals at pet factory are not kept in the right conditions. They look unhealthy and sad. Including the fish. I recommend spending more money and going to petsmart or Ack's exotic pets instead. The employees at last know their stuff..

We've been going here ever since we moved to this area and they are fantastic...they have more selection than Petsmart, lots of cool animals and prices are fair.

Is it possible to give 0 stars? The only good thing is that they have cheap animals but they die soon after! I take very good care of my animals just to soon after find that I will have to emotionally detach from them. Every animal, my sisters, my friends, my aunts, mine, all from the same pet store die. Its really upsetting. Not to mention snotty employees (the larger female) that aren't very knowledgable. I'm going to a new pet store.
