There was mistake after mistake about the pkg we chose for our wedding (for example: we chose the most expensive pkg that came w/ 5 apps & Mark came back to us on a note that had nothing to do with apps saying that we only had 4 & that 1 of the 4 was free, which was concerning on multiple levels!). Not only did he NOT know what pkg we chose but also didn't even have our menu CORRECT! His emails & proposal came back riddled w/ mistake after mistake - pricing, grammar, just about everything you could possibly make a mistake on. We asked MANY times about any hidden costs (as we were burned on our first venue by all the 'hidden' costs so we came to this venue w/ many questions) & then in the last two weeks, all these additional charges starting popping up (somewhat hidden) - many of which Mark could not even explain until he was asked multiple times. This company will promise you the world (& did in our tasting) & then came to us at the 11th hour trying to nickel and dime us.
