Little House of Grooming

This is a great place for dog lovers. The people here truly love what they do. I have two dogs that absolutely love going there. They can't wait to get out of the car and are always happy when they leave. The place is very clean and the prices are reasonable. I think they do the best haircuts in town. They do book up so you have to call in advance to get in but the wait is well worth it. I truly recommend this place for your dog's grooming needs.

I normally don't write reviews but I decided this was important enough to let others know so that it won't happen to them. I took my two dogs to this place and it was absolutely a horrible experience. I should have trusted my first instinct, because right when I entered I had a bad feeling and my dogs were scared to enter but it was recommended by someone and I am new to the area and I need a new groomer so I thought I would give it a try. Wrong move! When I came to pick up my dogs I saw the woman groomer manhandling my dogs, was brushing them very roughly and later found out that she also cut my dog's nails too short. Obviously they are notorious for cutting nails too short from the other review I read (wish I would have known sooner) because when I got home I realized that my dogs nails were bleeding on one foot. There was so much blood that it got all over my shoes and left a puddle in my car. When I called the groomer to notify her of the incident all she said was that she would deduct $10.00 from the bill because that was the price of what the nail cutting was. I couldn't believe how unapologetic this woman was. She injured my dog and all she was willing to do was give a refund of $10.00 what nerve also she was very uncaring and unprofessional! She cursed at me and said she didn't care. Needless to say that I will never be giving her anymore business and neither should anyone else. If you care about your animal never take them to the Little House of Grooming and please get the word out there, because no other person or animal should have to go through what we did.
