Staff are rude when calling asking questions. When calling about resources available to renters displaced by the wildfire I was told "We can't control the air so ya." When the heater went out I was given electric space heaters for each room, weeks later, rather than fixing the central heat resulting in a high electric bill. Still to this date the heater doesn't work a year later.

I just recently rented an apartment through the company - and I had a great experience!!! The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of their properties... I am a little new to the whole renting experience, so it was nice to be able to converse with them and have their expertise guide me through the whole process!! I love my new apartment!! It was beautiful and gorgeous when I moved in!!! I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent in the Ventura County area!
