DO NOT DO BIZ WITH CADDILLACSONLY!!

I ordered parts 3 weeks ago with John. They charged my credit card immediately. I never received the parts. After a week I called and spoke to Rob. He is rude and very unprofessional. He told me my parts will ship next week, they were waiting on a part. No one ever told me they didn't have the part in stock. After 2 weeks, Rob said they are still waiting and if I want to cancel I can, there are 10 other people waiting for the part. I told him I still needed it. He said I would get it this week. Still no part and that me calling everyday will not make the part come any faster. I would think twice before doing business with this company. I would give them 0 stars, but I have to choose at least 1.

I called and placed an order in January 2014 for a body mount for my 1968 Deville. On the 16 of January 2014 They charged my credit card.



No Part sent.



E-mail on Jan 27th "Jerry" stated "Rob" said it will be shipped out today .



Feb 20th No Part. So I e-mailed them again, they asked for my address AGAIN.



Sent info waited days for e-mail response NONE



So I called and I was asked for address AGAIN and was told Call back tomorrow I will have an answer. Next day was told "oh here it is we forgot to ship, will go out today"



Now it is a new month, it's March 18 still NO part, called again.



Asked Rob where is my part, give me a tracking number, he said "oh I know what happened, can I call you right back with the number "



Now it is 19 March, No call back.



20 March, Now finally after weeks of being given the run a round, calls not returned, and honest reviews posted on all the web sites I could find they have overnighted the wrong part.



I would think twice about doing business with this crew.
