I was in a bad traffic accident in June of this year (2021) The driver that helped me is named Spencer. My work truck loaded with all of my supplies and equipment for my Swimming pool service company. This was a lot of chemicals and equipment that is hooked up thru the hitch of the truck. Spencer was a 100+ on a 1-10 scale. He made sure I was totally taken care of all the way up to securing all of my stuff in my truck, making sure that I didn't lift anything because of possible injuries, to asking "Are you truly ok?" His professionalism should not go unrecognized and hopefully rewarded. Accidents are extremely vulnerable times the last thing anyone wants to worry about is unforeseen details. My husband worked for this awesome company in the '90s and this is why from then until today I will always use Bob Carlson for these situations. And for Spencer who I wasn't able to thank or tip personally THANK YOU so very much and I'll be dropping off a thank you tip at the Fleet Ave office.

Bret was very pleasant, he was able to make a unpleasant situation pleasant. We received professional service, highly recommend this company.
