        EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!

        Kenny G., Manager is fantastic. The store is not even officially open and he came to my aid. I had a flat tire at my home and called to see if they could help me out if I had it towed in (not realizing the store wasn't open yet). Even though the store wasn't open, Kenny asked my location and offered to come to my home to take the tire off my car and then proceed back to the shop to fix it. No tow required!! Really? When was the last time you got superior service such as his? Tire fixed, simple as that! What an unexpected pleasure.

        Kenny's got my business. I've already scheduled an appointment to have them look at my driver side door to have a cable replaced. I hear John, the Master Mechanic is awesome.

        I've always loved Pep Boys and was thrilled to see they are opening a new shop here in Venice. I'm elated to know what to expect when I visit Kenny and his fine staff.
