Batteries Plus Bulbs

I heard that Batteries Plus will fix an Iphone screen. My screen cracked so I called them and asked if they could fit me in. The receptionist said yes and that I should bring my phone in at 1pm. I brought it in at 1 pm and was told that they could not do it this week. I think it is ridiculous to set an appointment and then not keep it when the customer walks in the door, but that is not what really irritated me. The receptionist is awful. ZERO customer service skills. It was like pulling teeth trying to get information from her on the telephone and she was nasty and rude to us in person. I will NEVER step foot in a Batteries Plus again. I don't understand why people are so rude, if you hate your job so much.. QUIt!

Every time I buy "new" batteries in this store they don't even last a year. This last purchase I made for my electric wheel chair. They didn't last a year and I am not even on the chair that much anymore. We took them in and they gave us replacement batteries that they claimed were new but far worse than the older set was! With the set I had purchased (when new I had 7 to 8 hours) but when I took them in I could get 3.5 hours use out of them, and what they gave me as a replacement and supposedly new batteries barely lasts me 2 hours. When I complained they said it was their policy to not be able to do anything. Which I don't buy! I think they gave me used batteries for the replacement. There's no way they were new! If I had known they'd give me worse batteries, I'd not have let them replace my old ones!
