        Overall

        I would give this business "zero" stars if I could. A relative of mine rented a car from them (I am posting this review on her behalf because she does not have a computer) and was fraudulently charged for car insurance, even though the words "declined insurance" were circled on her paperwork. When she brought this to Becky's attention, she was treated very rudely and Becky refused to do anything about it. Since the car was rented for a long period of time, the insurance charge was excessive. Our family will never do business with this company again.
