My new husband and I came in as a last stop for our honeymoon road trip for mr. and mrs. tattoos. we were so excited and messaged the shop days ahead to let them know so they could be prepared. They were NOT in fact the artists didn't know we were coming. We waited anyways for the artwork to be drawn up despite sending photos early. Instagram posts after we left referred to us a walk ins despite speaking with the owner, Sean, days ahead! Post was edited after I called Sean out. He did nothing to ensure we would have a positive experience. Here's, where it gets real bad, the mr. tattoo is AWFUL! Garage/prison style when compared to my dynamic, shop quality mrs. tattoo. but we paid top dollar for both 🤷‍♀️ How could this shop employ such a novice artist AND then have him there for an appointment for such a special occasion?! Sean, you are at fault here. Dani did his best which simply isn't good at all and you allowed him to tattoo in your shop! we reached out to you over and over in hopes you would make it right, we reached out to Dani as well. Nothing but excuses. I have screenshots of us being referred to as walk-ins and all of the conversations, starting with our initial appointment request. please reach out to me if you change your mind about making it right. I am so sad to have to leave this negative review, it really takes away from the amazing tattoo and experience I had with Trenity, now I can't even enjoy mine without feeling guilty for my husband. 😭😭😭
