The Drug Shop

I use McLaren Drug shop because I like the friendly and quick service. I fully trust the pharmacist with all our prescription needs. My husband recently had a heart attack plus a couple other health issues and now has 9 prescriptions. It became very overwhelming but pharmacist Mike is there for us whenever we call and he gladly answers our questions about the meds. I will not use Rite Aid because there we are just a prescription # where at McLaren drug shop they know us by name.

When I called McLaren Drug Shop-Vassar today, I was greeted with a sincere, “What can I do for you”, “I really want to help you”, and a very sincere, “I’m happy to have your business” attitude. I ended up having to call them back 3 different times, and spoke to 3 different people, and every one of them had the same great customer service attitude. After consistently getting an, “I’m too busy to help you, and if you don’t like it go elsewhere” attitude from Ride Aid, I will take their suggestion and take all of my pharmacy business to this place, since they have sincerely expressed that they are happy to have my business. My prescription was dropped off and filled in 10 minutes, and they took the time to call and get my insurance information for me. I had dropped my prescriptions off 24 hours earlier at Rite Aid, and they were still not ready when we went to pick them up.
