This facility is top notch! Customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced. I have purchased 3 guns from them, and the salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. This is my favorite place to shoot as well. I once had a small issue while on the range, and the OWNER contacted me and resolved the issue immediately! Like I said, they take customer service to a whole new level.

Just for the record,one of the nicest ranges in Ohio. People have always been very friendly and worked fast to help, even when they were swamped. Great ranges - has clean air - good range officers, even a riffle range downstairs! One of my favorite ranges to go and shoot!

customer service is a joke and does not matter anymore i recently visited there location in vandalia purchased a pistol 3 day hold no prob got call to pick up my pistol drove 45 min on my lunch to find out i dont get my gun because my address is diferent on my license cause i resently moved wich is ok except i was obviesly there 4 days ago and told them that and it was not a prob until i went to pick up my fire arm and the gentlemen that waited on me was extremely rude and acted as he didnt care i will never return to this store as customer service is very important to me.otherwise a really nice facility.

A very large selection of everything from handgun to rifles to ammo and a place to shoot what you bought. A very knowlegable staff with hardly any pressure. The only downside is the price on everything. If you know what you want, you will find it here but be prepared to pay anywhere from 10 to 30% more than elsewhere. The last bad point is their website doesn't t list any weapons or the price so checking prices is out. You've got to drive there.
