Spring At Fishers Landing

NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS MOVE HERE UNDER THIS MANAGEMENT!!! They are not friendly here, they will be nice to your face then turn around and stab you in the back. They take their time coming to fix things, this is a non smoking apartment complex, but the management spends more time outside on the sidewalk smoking then actually doing their job. They erase your maintenance request messages if you leave them over night (on a non emergency of course). You make any kind of noise you will get a call or a notice mailed to you. Sometimes they send over their kids/grandkids to fake check on you. They even go through your mailbox to see who gets mail at your place and then if anyone that is not on the lease their mail shows up in your mailbox they will force you to put them on your lease. Having someones mail in your box doesn't mean you know that person if they are not on your lease!!! They don't switch the water over in your name right away and then they try to ask you for more money then what should be owed.

This is a very poor managed place and hope to GOD no one moves here!!!!
