Hidden Village Apartments

I've lived here for over 5 years and it's a very clean and quiet complex. If you have any maintenance issues they are very prompt in getting them resolved. Also the complex has been converting to all non-smoking units which is a plus for those with allergies or asthma issues. They also allow small pets. There is a small courtyard area to play basketball but not really geared to small children. The pool is open during the summer and is very clean and not overly chlorinated.

A great community and very quiet. Fantastic response to our needs too. Friendly approachable management and maintenance staff. Great for families only needing two rooms. Not recommended for individuals looking for a party environment, or those who like to play their stereos loud. Quite time is strictly enforced by your neighbors at 10pm. Each is assigned one parking space in front of your own place. The grounds are nice too. Pool is fenced so water is fairly warm, no jacuzzi though. Even though units are non smoking the smokers smoke right outside windows so smokeand the smokers smell gets in your home so if you live next to a smoker, your house will fill with the smoke and smell, worst in summer, in winter it goes under your door and through window air slots. But there is nothing the management can do about this, thus rating really should be 4.5 stars. The bus stops for two school districts are in close proximety. You're allowed to install air conditioning units. No dogs allowed
