I was in this cute store yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. I am really picky about used things and I could not believe the nice clothing I got here. I wasn't planning on going in but was getting a pizza in the complex. I am so glad I tried it. I will be returning again. Really impressed with the organization and girls that worked there, especially considering how full and how busy they were.

I just found this fabulous consignment store about a month ago. They have so much to choose from and have the best prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I took some things that I normally donate and got more money than I expected. I do not understand the review below, all you have to do is look around and you will see how the items are priced. They asked me what I paid for my expensive items and priced them accordingly. I would recommend this store to anyone. Best consignment store I have been to.

I JUST MOVED TO TOWN A FEW MONTHS AGO AND NEED TO FIND A NEW CONSIGMENT STORE. I RESEARCHED ONLINE AND CHOSE DENIM AND FRILL BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR SO LONG AND I THOUGHT THAT MUST SAY SOMETHING FOR THEM. NOT EVERY REVIEW WAS POSITIVE BUT I WANTED TO DECIDE FOR MYSELF. I AM SOOOOO GLAD I DID. I LOVE THIS STORE. THE PRICES ARE REALLY GOOD, THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, AND THERE IS A GREAT SELECTION. I WOULD RECOMMENT EVERYONE TRY THIS STORE.

I LOVE DENIM & FRILLS! I HAVE SHOPPED HERE FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS. THEY HAVE THE BEST SELECTION OF NICE, QUALITY, NAME BRAND CLOTHING. THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED. THE STORE IS DECORATED SO CUTE WITH A GREAT KIDS AREA. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. IT IS THE BEST CONSIGNMENT STORE I HAVE EVER SHOPPED AT.

Denim and Frills Childrens Resale Boutique is one of the most disappointing consignment stores in the greater Vancouver area. I have tried numerous amounts of times to go in shop and consign but each and every time I have been disappointed and angry. Their is absolutely NO customer service at this store. They are extremely picky and refuse to take anything less than name brand clothes. However, their clothing racks do not reflect this policy and it begs the customer to wonder what REALLY their policy is. I was recently in their store and saw numurous amounts of designer clothes with stains, tears in the seams or lace, buttons falling off, or just plain unattractive, out-of-date clothing. I am NOT new to the consigning game and I frequent many of the other shops in the area such as Spanky's. While this is not a review of Spanky's consignment store, I must mention that at least they give you the common courtesy of spelling out what they want and showing it on their sales floor so their is no confusion. Lastly, Denim and Frills needs to update their customer service to reflect a type of response that makes you want to come back and shop. In the last three times I have visited their store in the last month, I have never once seen an employee smile, even at 'frequent' customers. I hope that all shoppers here will be BUYER BEWARE or choose to take their business somewhere elsse.
