I have a personal auto loans and my business accounts here. The CD rates are the highest in the NW. The staff is amazing! Service is always quick, friendly and accurate.

We have had problems with Columbia Credit Union from the start. But after their 'upgrade' which means I can no longer pay thru their transfer service to PAY our auto loan and house loan, which by the way is thru them, I am changing banks. I talked to a Stephanie at the millplain location and she is the rudest person I have dealt with so far. NO more! I am going tomarrow and pulling every cent we have in the credit union OUT. And I plan on going over to millplain and meeting her personally to inform them SHE is the reason I am doing this. If you want good service, don't make the mistake of forgiving them of their bad service. They suck. Period!
