This is good place for wedding or other events but people who Owns or works here are very rude, and renting rules that they have here are ridiculous. I think they make this rules because they knew that no one can do it and this way they will charge people more money and keep deposit. Very bad experience I would never tell any one to rent this place.

I rented this venue for an event and I absolutely would NOT recommend this facility. We took very good care of this rental property, however, the owner felt otherwise and kept most of our deposit. This has been an ongoing fiasco that has involved insurance companies and the threats of lawyers and has caused many sleepless nights. This owner is unreasonable and demanding and will try to squeeze every last penny he can out of you for what he calls damage.....and he calls just about anything damage.....trust me. Normal wear and tear from a shoe mark on the floor is damage to this man. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT rent from this property. There are many great facilities in the Vancouver area who do not have a rule list a mile long and who are priced very reasonably. This is NOT one of them. And, we are not the only people who have had serious difficulties with this owner. We found this out only after having already rented the property. So, please think twice before renting this site!
