Gary L Merkle A Law Corporation

I was referred to Gary L.Merkle by a friend she indicated to me that this law firm is below average because of the attitudes of the receptionists. I even did a little research looking thru views that other clients had written. To my surprise there were more than several complaints about the professionalism of The Ladies Of Merkle on the reviews. I called on Monday 28 June to see if this law firm could take my case. The receptionist began to ask for info so I gave her my email address , I always have a problem with my email address because it's kinda a tongue twister 3 out of 6 people over the phone get it wrong and I can tell the receptionist didn't get it right. She told me that she would email me with what I need to bring in and she would call me back the day before before the appointment to confirm. Well this morning the law firm did call and I indicated I didn't receive an email so I asked the receptionist to please repeat my email address so she could send me the info I needed. To my disbelief The Ladies Of Merkle transformed into police mode by asking why are you so hostile and that she was going to write in my file that I was hostile and rude so Mr. Merkel could decide if he wanted to take my case. I wasn't surprised anymore cause I had read the reviews about the Ladies of Merkle constant unprofessional behavior. Mr. Merkle please sit down again and talk to The Ladies Of Merkle for the 100th time. I don't think she(receptionist) ever got my email right because she transformed once again into police mode barking orders and telling me I need to write the info down now if I wanted to know what to bring in. (What happened to sending it through email) 3 words of advise Proffesion Not Aggression to The Ladies Of Merkle.

My personal opinion is this attorney lacks; knowledge of Social Security law and professionalism, and did a last minute seat of the pants preparation of my case.
