        Overall

        I've used this place forever, primarily for packing and mailing gifts. They are pleasant, efficient, in a great location with lots of parking, and I've never had a problem with any of the documents or parcels I've mailed through them.

        great service

        i went in a couple of days ago to mail a package and the guy behind the counter stopped what he was doing to help me. he found me an easier way to ship my package to where it was cheaper than i had thought. he was quick and efficient, friendly and polite.

        Friendly Service, Great Prices!!

        I went to Federal Mailbox yesterday to send a few items I'd sold on eBay. There was a nice girl working there who packed everything up for me and then helped me find an economical way of sending them. The owner of the store (I'm pretty sure he was the owner) was doing paperwork, but he stopped to offer some advice on how to send things safely without breaking the bank. They were both very friendly and helpful, and I was in and out in no time. I'll definitely be going back soon.

        OMG!

        I could not believe what I saw! The owner yelled at the lady who was there to pick up her package in front of me &amp; other customers in the store! I would not want a mailbox there!

        I have never yelled at a box holder. This most likely is from a competitor since I have a 95% occupancy rate on my mail boxes; that speaks for itself. Being #1 in shipping and mail Box rentals in my area disturbs my competition.
