Park Estates

So they tell you it's a community well its just a trailer park. I have lived her from sometime now. New owners came in and did clear out some things well that was it. They have raised rent 3 times in these past years.they have not done anything really to the park. You would think that they would fix the kids park because it looks trashy and really nothing there. The guy that runs around here in a truck or lawn mower does nothing but drives he is suppose to be maintenance he does not do a great job at all. They don't fix the trailers the way they should. They tell you its a community when really its just a trailer park. The last manager made it a community... the people complain about the speeding you would think they would put speed bumps in to stop this. They people that run this place....they have no clue on what they are doing and i feel bad for them because it can be a easy fix if they would take the time and ask everyone what should and what we would like le to see go on in this park
