Our salesman, Mike Schatz and the service dept always take very good care of us. We've been customers for a few years now. We've used other metro Detroit Ford dealers over the years and have never been treated with more respect. They listen ... Always treated like we count!! We'll never change dealers again. I love my new Escape and my hubby, his new F-350! I do want to say that I can't speak to their selection since we ordered our vehicles because of our special requests, but it looks like there is a lot to choose from! I have already referred others and will continue to do so!

We just purchased a used Ford Escape from Atchinson Ford and had a fantastic experience! Chris Marshall was a wonderful salesman who made the entire process wonderful. He was extremely professional and friendly. We felt bad coming in later in the evening to the dealership, but two hours later we were out the door in a new car. I would recommend Atchinson Ford to anybody looking for a great experience and a great car.

Was given misleading information and a Carfax report that was intentionally over a month old. Atchison purposefully hid vehicle repairs they had just done in their shop.

the atchinson ford service department has always went above and beyond the call of duty when it has came to servicing my vehicles. From oil changes to major fixes these guys have their stuff together!! I currently own two ford vehicles and they have assisted me from sales to service. My family and friends all buy their vehicles from Brandon Sanders, the atchinson team is headed in the right direction.

We are on our second car with Atchinson, we have bought new and used. My Salesman Brandon Sanders goes to great lengths to make sure all the items on our checklist are met.

My husband I and have only great things to say about Atchinson Ford!!! We have bought/leased our last four vehicles from Chris Rogers!! Phenomenal dealership, incredible personal service. This is the dealership we choose to "travel" to, to purchase all our cars. We could go locally but won't, we will absolutely continue to make the drive to Atchinson for all future purchases. Highly recommend !!

Treated me great on my new Edge lease.

Atchinson Ford in Belleville, MI charged my girlfriend $504 to replace the ignition coil and spark plugs and fuel filter on her 2003 Ford Taurus (v6). My girlfriend brought it in for service because it was running rough and had reduced power. The service manager called her and said the problem was a bad ignition coil and it could also use a set of sparkplugs. My girlfriend already had a new fuel filter in the car (I was going to put in on this weekend) so she told them to go ahead and put that on too. When she told me the bill I couldn't believe it - $504!!!!!!!!!



The charge included $105 to troubleshoot (what did that take - about 2 minutes to plug into the diagnostic port and read the code????) and almost $40 parts costs for the SPARK PLUGS!!!!



The $504 charge was just to diagnose a bad coil, and replace the coil, plugs and fuel filter. There was NO other work involved, and no towing, storage, or anything else.



Incidently, they also told her she needed a new air filter. That's a complete lie since I already put a new one in a couple months ago and just checked it last week - still clean and white. Luckily she did not authorize the air filter!!!!



If you want to get totally screwed then take your car to Atchinson Ford!!!
