Not a fan. Scratched up (no, gouged) things that were to remain after remodel, agreed to take on a job they were not skilled enough to complete then quit the job.

This builder is not recommend for a full house build. They are not very accurate on on many different levels. Make if you do go this route that you do you homework on what needs to be included in the contract and as many question also hold them to a contract. And last never assume anything like they know what they are doing or how things should look. Ultimately you are the home owner, they are not,so make sure you give lots detail or they will assume you want something that you more in likely do not want!
