You think for the price they charge you would get the whole 2 hrs there for a private party. But what they don't tell you. U only get 35 minutes on each side if you are lucky. The last 20 minutes of the party. They want your shoes on, their money, and me and my guests out the door before the 2hrs I paid for. I have took my kids here before when others people i know had book a party and we had to wait until the people before us got done. When well over there time. But when we book a party. We was push much shovel out the door be for our 2 hours are over. They didn't have anything ready for us when we got there. We have to wait for bouncers to be inflated and for employees to get skate for the kids. Which cut into our party time. I did not complain, but when the owner ask me of I was happy with everything when he took my payment. I politely said, "No, I wasn't". He got upset and got rude with me bc I paid for 2 hours party, that i didn't receive. Nothing was ready for us. We had to wait on them. As I said before that cut into a party time and at the end me and my guests thought it was rude when kids were still playing and parents was still eating bc our 2 hrs was not up yet. The owner ask for their payment and pretty shovel out the door before our 2hrs was up. Parents was asking what going on because it hasn't even been 2 hours and we was ask to put our shoes on and leave. And they owner wonder why I wasn't happy with the service. SMH! I don't mind at all paying what I paid if the service was better. Who does this to a kid on her birthday? If i pay for a 2 hrs, that I what I expect. Who wouldn't? I didn't ask for rudeness from the owner because he didn't fulfill his part of the services. I hope other have a better experience then we did.
