Bear Mountain Pawn & Gun

I bought a vintage firearm here and was assured beforehand it would work properly and there was nothing wrong with it, or I could bring it back for a refund.If you are offered the same deal, you better get it in writing!The rifle DID NOT function, it was missing a internal spring & the firing pin was broken, so I called them about the issue shortly after.They went back on their word and told me to call the manufacturer!They were VERY dishonest about the whole thing, start to finish.Cost me alot of time & money in the long run.It would seem the mighty dollar comes before customer satisfaction at this pawnshop.They have lost my business permanently.

I hate to have to deal with pawn shops, but sometimes a situation presents a need to pawn things of value. It is good that they are there for those times, but my experience with these guys was not good. I had to pawn my wife's laptop and had extended the account several times until I could pay it off. Then one month I was only a few days late (which before on items I had been over 30 days late and they never seized my items) and the owner/manager said he had already gotten it for his son for his laptop. This was ridiculous and my wife was furious! This was not a good experience at all.
