IVY RESPONSE to Lisa: Hello Lisa. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As was explained to you by Shoptiques.com, the item must be returned in its ORIGINAL condition to receive a refund. You failed to mention there were 3 buttons missing. I told Shoptiques that if all of the buttons were returned and it could be repaired and sold, I would gladly refund your money. Shoptiques indicated you never replied about that solution. Also, your "original" reason for the return was that it didn't fit, there was no mention of a defect. After seeing pictures, Shoptiques.com was in agreement about how to handle the return. Also, the jacket was returned to you. Ivy Boutique did not keep the jacket and the money.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! Made a purchase through Shop Boutique online. Was so excited to receive my trendy little blue military style jacket. However, the day that it arrived, I tried it on. It was a little big and one of the buttons popped off when trying to undue it. I immediately repackaged the item including the button and all tags attached and started a return. Upon receipt of the package the Owner denied me a refund because she claimed the button had not been included. Regardless if the button was or wasn't in the package, I was unhappy with the purchase, the item was returned unworn, all tags still attached, I was entitled to a full refund. Unless you are in the store and have fully checked the item you are buying DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE ----- if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason it is VERY UNLIKELY THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will continue to shop at SHOPBOUTIQUE BUT NEVER FROM THIS BOUTIQUE OWNER!
