For the coldest beer-at the best prices-there is only ONE bar in Valpo--DUFFYS!!! Great soup & sandwiches served in a clean & fun atmosphere makes this the place to be. Live music is terrific & the bartenders are great!!! Again, the place to be is DUFFYS!!!!

Anyone that has been to Duffys in the last two months has seen the bathrooms has witnessed that they have been overhaulled. Besides the cheap prices and excellent live tunes, the bartenders are the best show in town. Check it out ant tell me you're not entertained!

We were just there after attending a fundraiser where they had the best soup!! So we thought we'd give it a try. Had some more soup and split an Italian beef sandwich (it was huge!). Both were great. They even had some really great live music that night that we ended up staying for. Their music calendar was pretty impressive. We'll be back.

Cheapest prices do not make up for disgusting, broken bathrooms. Put some money in to making usable bathrooms(where is the health dept?) Have cook wash hands after leaving bathroom, before cooking , then maybe someone other than the drunks who obviously don't care about themselves or Valparaiso, may frequent the joint and you won't have to be embarrassed to be a real tavern.
