        Overall

        The "photographers" who showed up at my son's tball picture day were so unprofessional and unkind. You have to have experience and patience when dealing with 4 & 5 year olds, and it was clear they had neither. They were more concerned with eating their bagels than taking proper pictures that would make their customers happy. When I received my photos, that by the way, I was eagerly a a awaiting, they were horrible. So bad that I wouldn't even put it up in my home or give out to family as I normal do with all of my son's portraits. After calling the office to ask to see the other photos that were taken, and explaining my frustration, they were not apologetic and were not at all interested in trying to rectify the situation. 2 months later and I'm still waiting on my reorder. I will be sharing my concerns with my son's little league hoping they will find a different, more courteous & professional company to use.
