        The only reason I don't give them a zero is because the scale has no zero. If you are looking for substandard care then this is the hospital for you. If you take your family member to the Emergency Room be prepared to also take care of them because nursing staff are much to busy on their phones to assess the patient and deliver care. infection control..don't worry about it because they won't. It must be their policy not to wash hands at any time. Dirty blood pressure cuffs , no problem, they will pick one up off the floor and use it. Lab work ordered? Better be prepared because they won't be able to do and will do their best to maim your family member and cause as much pain as possible..then get the lab tech to do it. Need an IV antibiotic...They'll do that too and never return. I am limited to 1000 words so I am unable to describe everything. It was a horror show, don't seek care there or if you do have very low expectations.

        Still terrible...

        Have been waiting over an hour for an ultrasound. Took 30 minutes just for them to check us in and nobody was in front of us... I would definitely get any testing done elsewhere...
