        Dr. Agazi just performed my cataract surgery. From start to finish the entire office took care of my needs as a senior. First class job!

        Arrived for my appointment, sat for an hour without so much as a word about the delay, watched the waiting room accommodate many who arrived after me, fill out their paperwork, go in with the doctor, then exit the building. I guess they were special. I will admit after I let them know that was enough when I also exited after wasting an hour, that they called not to apologize, but to ask when I wanted to reschedule. MMM respectfully declined.
        Terrible customer service, I appreciate their wasting my time, oh wait, no I don't.
