Bay Vista Apartments

These apartments itself are nice. The management is horrible. It is a Russian lady who manages the property who has poor customer service and is extremely rude. When I asked for a higher up person in management or corporate number she gave me a fake number then proceeded to tell me she didn't known if and what reality the property us owned under. I applied for these apartments months ago via seeing an ad on craigslist. I came in for a appointment and she wasn't present and off site on another location. When she arrived she was very apologetic and assisted me though the maintenance guy showed me the unit during my wait for arrival. I completed my application and she told me she would send over my app to their main office if another candidate didn't follow through with their down payment. The other candidate ended up following through. About a month later another unit became available. I called for inquiry if I could resubmit my same application. She was helpful until I started following up. She would never follow up and would say she would call but never would. She then made remarks I don't make enough money anyway buy she will send my application to the main office and let me know what they said. When I finally called after 2weeks of waiting for her call back, she proceeds to say she told me I don't make enough and she already told me. I let her know she told me I might not make enough because I was a little under 3xs the rent. I told her how unprofessional she was and rude and how prior conversations she began to get rude and always refused to provide me with the corporate number she always was referring deals with the applications. The one number she gave me was a fax number and a fake number. I wouldn't suggest these apartments because poor management always rolls over to the service you will receive if ever problems with your apartments. Nice appearance but nor worth the poor management that comes with it.
