The Behavioral Health Center has been serving the needs of children and adults for more than 75 years. It offers a range of inpatient, outpatient, community and emergency care for individuals and families. The center provides diagnosis and treatment solutions for individuals suffering from various mental illnesses. The Behavioral Health Center s adult care units feature an acute stabilization wing and a unit for patients with combined psychiatric and medical problems. In addition, it focuses on issues concerning anxiety and stress. The center offers hospitalization, emergency response, aftercare, and short- and long-term treatment services. The Behavioral Health Center also provides individual, group and family therapies. It is a part of the Westchester Medical Center.
