My friends, family and I dine here quite frequently. I thought I loved this place. They even offer a student discount if you go to COC. However yesterday I was sitting at the counter and I noticed that the cashier who had just handled currency went to make my milk shake and handled numerous other items without washing her hands. I was completely grossed out. I asked her if the manager was in and she said "No, she just left" I told her what I had noticed that she did not wash her hands nor wear gloves after handling currency. She said she was "Behind" The place wasn't crowded and she offered to make me a new milk shake and I said not thank you. She was not remorseful and seemed irritated by my honesty. My main concern is whether or not the employees are trained properly to avoid cross contamination. I tried calling to speak to the manager tonight yet the phone just rang and rang so I decided to Yelp. Cashier/Servers, Please wash your hands when handling our food or throw on some gloves!!!! Disappointed
