Very roomy, very well kept up.

The outside is kept very clean and lawn guys make it pretty.

Management-

I see them more as friends than "landlords".

Absolutely wonderful people who you can consider neighbors.



Maintenance-

If it's during the day, same day maintenance.

Otherwise they'll take care of you literally first thing in the morning.

This includes appliance repair and small issues.



This is seriously the best place I've ever lived in my entire life.

OMG! You do not want to live here! Management sucks! Their motto should be "If it's broke we don't care. Just give us more money." I live here and as soon as my lease is up I'm gone and they can kiss my a**! I don't understand how they stay in business. Well, the rent is overinflated and they don't upgrade so maybe that's it. Plus I think they hired drop-outs as management so that probably keeps their costs down as well. If you do decide to look for a place here, make sure to talk to the residents. We hang out by the back pool and complain. Come and see us. Don't bother talking to the people at the front pool--the only people who go there are management's family. None of us can stand them. I suggest Three Oaks Apartments. My friends are very happy there.
