The water pump broke on my BMW X5 so I took it to Pete's. They repaired the water pump, fan clutch and replaced my serpentine belt in under 3 hours (on a Friday) AND only charged me $200!! I'm so pleased with the end result and the customer service was awesome!! I recommend this ship to anyone looking for professional service and excellent repair work.

Great service at a fair price.

My wife and I were traveling home from Florida to St. Louis in our BMW X3, when we broke down on the interstate 30 miles south of Valdosta. We did an internet search, and decided to take a chance on Pete's Otto. I'm so glad we did.

Tiger (the owner) sent a wrecker to get us, and it was there within an hour. He took our car in immediately (and was obviously busy with many BMWs, Mercedes, Land Rovers and Porches in his shop). He gave us an estimate (I expected to pay at least $1,000 - it was $435 including the tow). I verified with my friend in the auto repair business that this was a more than fair price. Tiger had us back on the road within two hours.

Tiger also let us use his personal vehicle to go get some lunch while the repairs were being done.

I am so glad that there are still some businesses that treat people right. He could have easily taken advantage of our situation (we were at his mercy), but he didn't. He knows we won't be back, because we live out of the area. He just treats people right.

I am Tiger Berard. The owner of Pete's Otto. I would like to defend the accusations made by Brandeb S, as being totally wrong. Brenden tried to get his car back in our shop at a later date, for additional repairs through a friend of his. I instructed this person of this claim on YP, and agreed to work on his car again. With the agreement that I could explain my side of the story with him. I never received a call from Brenden. We are honest and pride ourselves in doing quality repairs. Brenden, you are still welcome to call me at any time. Thanks Pete's son Tiger Berard

Its been a while since my car was at Pete's. I got a warm and fuzzy feeling when I spoke to whoever on the phone prior to any maintenance, how ever things changed. It went in for timing, brake check and carb tuning. to make a long story short I was charged $1200 for a new brake booster. I never got an update on my car unless I called them or went over there, most of the time it was the same story "waiting for parts, parts for this car are hard to find", not really, they're are multiple web sites that specialize in vintage BMW parts. What was supposed to take a week took a month, I finally had enough and took the car as is. I later found out that the carbs I had on the car didn't have a vacuum advance port but the distributor required vacuum to advance, so how can you properly adjust timing? I feel like I'm rambling on, but there's a lot. Anyway I will not bring my car back and I recommend you go somewhere else. I felt like I got stuck with a $1200 bill and questions. What I got was not worth $1200

I Took our Kia Sedona to Pete's Otto, we had 3 different shops tell us 3 Different things were wrong with our transmission. The guys there went thru the whole Kia and found out it was a computer chip that controls the way the transmission shifts. Amazing $400 NOT $1800, $2200 or $3900 dollars as other shops quoted! Our Kia runs like a Dream and we didn't need a loan to fix the car!

I was pleasantly pleased with my experience at Pete's Foreign Otto Shop. Everyone that I interacted with was very polite and helpful. Fortunately, I didn't need anything major fixed (my Volvo's message center was telling me it was due for maintenance...even though I had all the routine maintenance done just four weeks ago prior to moving here from Wyoming). I also had a bulb that needed to be replaced that I couldn't do on my own because the air filter's housing unit was in the way (and needed a special tool to unhook the clips to remove the unit and get access to the bulb). The gentleman that helped me (I don't recall his name but I believe it was Andy/Andrew....something with an "A") reset the message, checked to make sure there weren't any other codes that needed to be addressed, and replaced the bulb right away. He had me on my way faster than I anticipated. I will definitely be back if I have any future issues with my vehicle. Thanks Pete's Otto!!!

Well, where to begin?I took my car(vw beetle)for several repairs and my car is in worst shape than when I TOOK IT THERE.I had a bumping noise in front end they said it wasn't the struts was rear bushing control so they replaced $196.50 later now it's the struts THEY say.Changed oil, said givng me a discount charged $65.70 with 28.80 labor. My total repair was 788.93,451.20 labor and 263.35 parts. What is their hourly charge? 28.80 to rotate tires. My car is still making noise in front end as pulling to right now and ratteling inside now and they want 400.00 more to make right. That is for struts,no charge for labor or alighnment.I fill like a FOOL and they raked me.BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 1998 Jaguar had been taken ...

My 1998 Jaguar had been taken to two other mechanic shops in various states with identical results.....I was charged and the electrical problems were only temporarily addressed.

Just enough to get me on the road and away from their establishments.

However, Pete's Otto Shop repaired the problems promptly and thus far everything seems to in working order.

Thanks Guys

Stay away from this place if y...

Stay away from this place if you want your vehicle repaired properly (or at all). My vehicle was returned to me with the same issues I dropped it off for. Unfortunately, my wallet was nearly $600 lighter. Customer service was non-existant, the manager was condescending and the vehicle was not ready on time to boot. I should have asked for the parts that were supposedly replaced because I'm pretty sure they weren't...
