Lemongrass Day Spa

This was my first time having a massage and a facial, it was incredible, I love it, This was my husband Valentine's Day present!!, I highly recommend lemongrass spa! I will definitely go back!
My 20 year anniversary is coming up in May, so I will be scheduling a couple massage!
The staff is so nice, I got massage with Rene and a facial with Cretia LeBlank they are awesome!

The atmosphere and front desk service was great, however my appt was at 2:15 didn't get taken back until 2:30. I am a massage therapist but I don't like to disclose that information. So when I schedule a one hour lemongrass deep tissue massage that's what I expect. My therapist was timid and came across as non confident. The massage was mediocre at best with no use of lemongrass and dare I speak on the depth. I work 7 days and rarely take time to get a service for myself so now that I did....just know I was highly disappointed.

They ALSO attempted to upcharge me for a more expensive massage than I had originally booked! 4 times they tried to scam me once I walked into this place. See my full review on Yelp... This is a terribly run business that clearly cares more about making a few dollars than taking care of their customers. Will never let anyone I know go here agaiN!

I agree with dawn, they overcharge me for a facial also, they did something else to me, I know the lady in the front desk mess up everything... I'm don't come back there anymore!

lemongrass is the best spa ever, for relaxing for customer service for any thing you need they can provide for you and everyone is so professional and welcoming and friendly i recommend if you want the best for your money and the best relaxing time ever take your self to the lemongrass day spa you will love it....

My experience with Lemongrass was incredible! I won a free day spa at a silent auction held by Moody Spouses Club. I had a massage with Bryan, a pedicure with Brooke, and microdermabrasion with Michelle... it was heaven! I'm new to the Valdosta area, my husband is in the military. The staff made me feel so welcome to the area. I loved it and highly recommend Lemongrass to everyone!!! I love being pampered

I recently moved to Valdosta, military family, and I found Lemongrass in the phone book. I had a Lemongrass Pedicure by Jessica and a facial by Michelle. My services were exceptional and the staff is very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be going back and recommending this spa to all my friends.

Not very professional. Was overcharged for facial and massage. Very disappointed overall. I won't go back and I don't recommend it for anyone.

My experience with Lemongrass was WONDERFUL! The staff was so professional. My entire experiene was very pleasant. I had the best massage and the best facial ever! I would highly recommend this spa. Its one of a kind!
