This place totally overcharges for services that aren't even needed.I took my car there for an oil change it wouldn't crank turns out the battery connections weren't tightened. They not only charged me $13 bucks to tighten a screw but $25 to run some electric system test that wasn't even needed on top of the $30 for the oil change.If I knew they would charge me to tighten a screw I would have ran out and did it myself forget their dumb labor charges.I was also told they wouldn't charge me for the electric test but sure enough at the ring up it was on my bill.The guys are always trying to increase your bill by adding services like your car will explode without them.Please research on your own before you go to any mechanic for any service so they won't take advantage!

I had originally talked to Bill to get my vehicle out that was covered by Carmax warranty. I was told that in order to get my vehicle I had to pay the full amount due to Carmax hadn't paid them yet. They wanted a guarentee that they would be paid, and assured me that my account would not be credited until after 3 days if they hadn't been paid. I was also told that once the warranty had gone through that I would be refunded the full amount minus the deductible. I paid the amount in full received my car. The next day my account was charged the full amount and the day after the separated deductible was charged to my account as well. I called back Firestones manager to find out why my account was charged and I wanted a refund. I was told I would receive a refund. The next day my account was not refunded and Firestone told me USAA Bank was the problem. I called the bank and was told that the refund was not put in. I called CarMax warrantee and they said that I should not have paid Firestone any amount to get my car because they are under contract and they knew payment would be good. I told the Firestone manager all that I had been told. He got an attitude over the phone and stated that I needed to wait to receive my refund. He refused to answer any of my additional questions. I had to wait 3 weeks before my account was recredited. This company is not American owned and I will never deal with this company again.

Do NOT go to this location if you want to be treated farly and get charged for what you do not need. There is no need to balance a tire when all you need is a plug for a removed screw. This location will take advantage of younger people who do not have much knowledge of tires.
