Bought a washer and dryer set on a Saturday , picked it up , came home , hooked it up and the washer overflowed into our kitchen . Called them immediately got the after hours line they said the emergency repair isn’t for washer and dryers even though when you call them it says 24/7 emergency repair and isn’t specific . My husband fixed the washer because we couldn’t wait and they had left a piece of plastic in one of the tubes and it was stopping it up . Finally we get that finished then go to dry the clothes and we have to run the dryer THREE times to get it to dry a small load of towels . We’re just a few miles past their service area so we would have to pay someone AGAIN to bring the set back to them have them fix it then pay to have it brought back to our house . We literally called them two hours after picking up and they say they test their products before selling if that was the case we would not have had issues right after hooking up .
