Baytree Animal Hospital

I did not find Dr. Hall to be the caring person others talk about. And I felt like financial gain was more important. I felt like I was greatly overcharged. I requested several call backs but she never called back. I did have a positive experience with Dr. Creamer; however, due to the negative experience with Dr. Hall, I do not care to return to Baytree.

We love Baytree Animal Hospital. My husband and I started taking all 3 of our dogs to Baytree since they were puppies. When our youngest Tank got sick that's when we started seeing Dr. Hall who was amazing, kept us informed the whole time she had him and saved his life because he ended up having Addison's disease.

Then sadly our oldest dog Hayden had cancer and Dr. Hall had tears right along with us when we knew we were going to have to put him to sleep. She did all she could do and she treated our dogs if they were her own! She has such a big heart for animals and we will always trust her with our dogs now and future animals. We highly recommend Dr.Hall to everyone, it was the best decision we made for our dogs!

I recently started using Baytree Animal Hospital and had the privilege of meeting Dr. Amanda Hall. She cares for our dogs and now a new kitty that we rescued that she directly help save. Without her coming in on her holiday off and helping us, our new kitty would not be here today. Not only is she caring and intelligent but she puts animal care above financial gain, and I know this because she could have charged us much more for our kitty care and did not. My girlfriend and I will continue to use and recommend Dr. Hall due to her compassion and outstanding animal care. I couldn't ask for a better experience from a Vet.

I have used Dr. Hall for many many years now, and have always been super pleased as well as grateful for her care and compassion. All the doctors at Baytree are amazing but Dr. Hall has been my choice because I know she truly cares about all animals and goes above and beyond to not only help and care for animals but has also been more than fair about cost involved as well. She has not only cared for my dogs but also other animals in need and rescued. She has on multiple occasions sacrificed her free time to save injured animals and works hard to also be a voice for them...ie: anti dog leash laws. Her knowledge of dogs and cats specifically in my experience with her is amazing! My friends use her and I will continue to use her as my Vet because I truly believe in my heart that she cares for animals as much as I do and will always give me honest advice with the most appropriate care possible.

Dr. Hall has been the most honest vet I've ever used. She has been amazing with my dogs and she is very honest and caring. I cannot imagine her not treating one of my many animals and or making sure that I have the proper knowledge of the animal. I am so glad that I chose her as my vet. Anyone having pets knows the risks that come along with owning any pet. Thank you Dr. Hall for all your attention, advice, and care when it comes to my pets!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Amanda Hall for several years. I've seen first hand the compassion and dedication she has for her patients and clients. losing a beloved companion is very painful. Something Dr. Hall knows all to well. She understands clients must make difficult decisions regarding their beloved companions. I've watched her stay late into the night with patients, study ever new and old procedure that might make a difference in the qaulity of life for patients. I wish i had that quality of care from my own physician. Thank you Dr Hall !

Dr. Hall went above and beyond the call of duty for our dog Bella became paralyzed December of 2014. She has treated Bella as well as our other pets with five star care. She has a state of the art facility and most importantly Dr. Hall genuinely cares for the animals. She is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Amanda Hall is a cold doctor that over bills with unnecessary charges. My dog died her care after 3 misdiagnosis. I was never told my dog was dying and I was begging them to tell me if he was. I could not afford a ICU bill that I felt was ridiculous after my dog died. Then to be billed $684.42 for my dog dying in their care was a slap in the face. I sent a letter to Dr. Hall expressing my feelings and she sent me a letter back telling me sorry about your luck, more or less. Horrible vet. I've used them for over 25 years. NEVER AGAIN! And I will see Dr. Hall in civil court. I refuse to pay for her "care" of my dead friend.

Very disappointed in Baytree Vet. Been using them for over 20 years. I recently lost my dog while in their care. Dr. Amanda Hall even put my dog a morphine drip without consulting me and would not tell me my dog was dying. I am now being charged $684. 42 for my dead dog's vet bill that should have never happened. I should've been told of my dog's condition when I first brought him in. Sorry service. Cold care. Over and unnecessary billing. Not my vet anymore

I have been using Baytree Animal Hospital for over 15 years. I have had nothing but great service with minor to major problems with my kitties. Dr. Knight is a very through and knowledgeable veterinarian. He will try and do the most cost effective procedure first. If he has a difficult case, he will ask his colleagues for advice, or he will even seek the advice of specialists to solve a problem. The staff is very caring and good with the animals, so I feel secure if I have to leave them overnight.

Baytree Animal Clinic is awesome. These people are part of my extended family because of the way my dog is treated. They are extremely professional, polite and always make us feel welcome when we enter. I would recommend them to anyone that cares about their animal. Nothing but top notch service here.

I Highly recommed Baytree Animal Hospital. I have been taking my dog Tyce there for over 5 years. We always feel welcome as soon as we walk in. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. The kennel staff all treat Tyce so special-I always feel good about leaving him there. Along with long-term boarding, they offer day boarding which is a life saver for me!

I can't say enough about the Doctors- from routine exams to treating him for serious health problems--they have given Tyce amazing care!

It is obvious that the staff at Baytree Animal Hospital truly love animals!

I found this animal hospital to be very professional and very caring for my pets. The veterinarians are very capable and the staff are friendly and compassionate about my pets welfare. I would recommend them to anyony that cares about their pets.

Dr. Creamer is the best Vet I've known and I'd use him anytime. However, his ratings and unfortunately his business will probably be affected negatively by his rude, condescending staff and his partner, Dr Amanda Hall. I had to find another Vet because I refuse to pay for such poor customer service.
