K Le Time

I wanted to do business locally, so I chose K LE Time to work on 2 of my watches, one being a Movado. Work was completed overnight, but when I went to pick them up I find out they don't have a credit card machine and I would need to pay cash. I could not believe they expected people to have that kind of cash on them. I went to get some cash and was waiting to be served, and I was trying to be patient but he had to redo his work for another customer, I asked him to get my watches. When I got them home and un-boxed them they worked, but they had not cleaned the fingerprints off of my Movado. They don't respect their customers property!! And yes, I left the store without checking, but since there is no computerized receipt, and the ticket just had the total cost and not an itemized list of everything done to the watches, what was the point. I am bringing these 2 watches to another jeweler to make sure they completed the work I was promised. An expensive lesson!!!!!
