DON'T ORDER ANY FURNITURE!!! I had read the reviews from others on this issue and ignored them thinking it must just be isolated incidents, my mistake!! they have absolutely NO quality control. our babies bedroom set was purchased for us by different family members MONTHS ago, before our baby was born. firstly, one of the dressers was damaged beyond belief. it literally looked like it fell out of the truck, however, i know that this happened at the store because the store manager was completely aware of the damage and actually tried to tell me that we purchased the floor model and that we were aware of all the damage and that we had accepted a DISCOUNT because of it. we DID NOT received a discount and it was INSPECTED PERSONALLY and was in PRISTINE CONDITION at the time of purchase, so they damaged it after we bought it! we also purchased the hutch that attached to this dresser, which could not be assembled due to no dresser to attach it to so the delivery guys left it in the box. they did not inspect it because they said the box was undamaged so the item should be perfect. Then the crib had manufacturer defects in the finish, it looked like bleach splatters all over the footboard. fast forward a few weeks, new crib and dresser delivered, the dresser is good but the new crib's finish is WAY worse than the previous one! we ended up taking the good pieces and matching them with the old to make one good crib. HOWEVER, when they went to unbox the hutch that was in the first delivery and left in the box, low and behold there is manufacturer damage. the screw holes are cracked where the hutch attaches to the dresser. the delivery guys said they would inform their boss, who would then pass the info to the store and have it replaced. fast forward 2 weeks, my baby is now a month old and i still have an incomplete set. i had not yet heard anything from the store regarding my hutch, so i called and left a message for the manager. i get a call from Kathy at 8:45 am saying they were never told it was damaged!! you have got to be kidding me!! i am so over it, i am ready to just refund the whole damn order!! they are not pleasant to speak with either, by the way! they are defensive from the get go. don't waste your money here, go next door to target!
