Urbana Water Department

I am new to the community and unfortunately, both times I had to deal with the company in person, the person behind the glass was not at all friendly and was actually quite rude on my second trip. I kept smiling and saying "thank you" etc but they were not at all friendly. Not sure why. I worked for the water company in the town I moved from and if our supervisor saw a customer being treated rudely, we would have gotten a "talking" to. I've been in customer service for over 25 years so I know what good service is. I was not at all impressed with the "service" I received at the Urbana Water Co.
