        Overall

        Very Poor. Had to repeat myself multiple times. Either was not paying attention or did not understand English (though she speaks it fluently). And when asked if I had more to add she did a halfhearted sigh and slight huff as if my added input was a bother. Do not recommend but being associated with Carle is probably a perfect fit.
