Optical Carle MD

Just recently went to the Carle Clinic ER for back problems that were giving me a hard time breathing. Waited for someone to see me for over 2 hours in the waiting room, and an additional 2 hours after being placed in a room. The staff was friendly, but the quality was unacceptable, although I am sure if I was on my deathbed it might have been a little bit quicker. The staff is definitely stretched beyond their limits, and are unable to provide the quality they are supposed to. When it takes over 4 hours to see an actual doctor in the ER, they need more people to be working there, even if we are in a recession.
