Calvary Baptist church was founded in 1971 as a mission of Forestville Baptist Church, and became an established congregation in 1973. We are determined to worship God in Spirit and in Truth. To help us to do this we teach and believe that the Holy Bible is the Word of God, without error and is applicable to every situation in life. We are striving to be a place where healing can take place in the deepest parts of a person s being. We recognize that life is full of challenges and only the applied Word of God can present a remedy. We will love you health We are composed of people from many walks in life. We all have one thing in common, we were once sinners before the grace of God was manifested through Jesus Christ gave us new life We are affiliated with the Southern Baptist denomination but understand that Jesus Christ is Lord of all who place their faith in Him, regardless of their denomination. We welcome you in the love of Jesus Christ
