Aside from this being a very awkward location to get into, every time I have gone to this specific location the women who work there are just rude! Today I went in to cash my check, and was rushing to get to the bank before they closed at 1pm since it's a Saturday. I walked threw the doors at exactly 1pm, and one of the ladies at the counter turned and asked if she could help me when another lady in the back stood up and started walking my way. She said, "uhm... Excuse me ma'am! But we are closed!" I immediately apologized, and began to walk out. Instead of accepting my apology, this older, blonde lady continued to follow me to the door saying, "you need to leave immediately, I don't know why you came in". And I proceeded threw the doors to my car, where the lady just stood at the door staring me down with a nasty, disgusted look until I was in my car and then she locked the building doors, and was shaking her head clearly ranting to the other people in the building about me. This is not the first bad experience I've had with this bank, and it will be the last. I am going to Sound Credit Union just up the street where they actually treat you nice, remember your name, and are open on Saturdays until 2pm. It would be one thing if I showed up half an hour past closing, and was being rude to this lady, but I showed up exactly at 1pm, it's not like I was breaking some rule or they were going to get in trouble, all I needed was my check cashed. And on top of that, I was extremely polite and immediately left even though this old hag was being overly rude and practically walked me out with a scold. I would not recommend to anyone of going to this location. Ever. In fact, I've been telling my Aunt who banks with Bank of America about Sound Credit Union and now she is thinking of moving too from her own terrible experiences at this location too. I am highly disappointed, and giving 1 star even though you deserve 0.
