Aaron's Universal City TX

This is the worse Aarons store customer service or lack of is out of control. We were in the process of moving and called the store as we were directed to to set up a date to have our things moved to the new house and was informed that someone will come on designated date between the hours 12-5. As we waited patiently for them to come by 430 I called the store to see if they were coming I was informed by rude Michelle that they were already there at 2 mind you we were in the garage with door open all day packing other things..so we would have seen them come anyway I was told that they are not coming back move it yourself from michelle with an attitude..ok did that now Tv has damage when they sent them out to look at the non visible damage i was informed oh we cant help with that because you damaged it with the move ..i have warranty anyway as the driver goes on he stated oh i was the driver that day and I went to the wrong house..called store back and GM very unprofessional..
