I'm in the process of trading my 2014 Malibu and am looking at getting a new impala. I came in and worked with Ben. He gave me all the information I needed and then some. I was not pressured at all. I will buy here without a doubt!

Decided to get a newer car as I has a 98 nissan altima gle and a 02 chevy cavalier ls both ran perfect and used them for trade in. When I called I specifically told them I wanted around 1k for each car they said that seems reasonable but we will have to look over them to make sure they run good. So I told them that was fine and I wanted the 08 chevy malibu for 6k pictures of it looked great. When I went it I was reinsured I would get close to a grand for both and also I had to wait for Monday for the car as they were still cleaning it and such so they gave us a 2016 cruz lt as a rental. Come Monday I asked exactly how much I got for the two trade ins and the young finance guy really fast said 1k I said what than he literally said both cars have over 150k miles there worthless I said they both run great and the cavalier only had 150245 miles he threw his hands up than showed us the car it got scratches small dents and nicks all over it and 2 holes in the back bumper very dipleased

After a two year struggle I had come to a point where I could afford to purchase a good used car. I found the car I was interested at this dealership. I traded my 'title in hand" for a clean Car Fax, one owner, low miles sedan. I specifically chose this car from previous experiences with the manufacturer. Within two days there were issues with the transmission. I took the car for their service manager to test drive. He found no issues. When I returned again to have scratches repaired, I asked to have it checked at a local dealership for that manufacturer. They set up the appointment. The transmission needed to be replaced. Within one week the transmission was bad! They put me in a rental and started the battle with the warranty company. The warranty company called and took a recorded statement from me in regards to purchase and time of transmission fault. The dealer called and I firmly believed I gave them a statement that was recorded without my consent. I say this due to wording used during the phone conversation. After a week I was informed the car would be repaired. I expressed I didn't want the car due to the CarFax now showing a major repair list. I set up an appointment with the General Manager to discuss options. In the meantime, I was looking for a car within their list of dealerships for a car of equal value and same conveniences as the now defunct vehicle. I had found a couple that I thought would work. When I arrived I was almost forced behind the wheel of a car that I made perfectly clear I did not want. The car was too big and the gas mileage horrific. I was told that they could not move inventory from one location to the other and would have to choose from their available stock. I ended up with a car that cost $3000 more than what I wanted to spend and a car payment beyond my budget. Oh and yes the General Manager did grace me with her presence, after I had signed the paper work... A dealer in their "family" informed me that I was over $5000 upside down in the vehicle.

Now the car is a good car and gets great gas mileage but I was still taken for my money. Today I found out that the 24 month 24K mile warranty is not bumper to bumper but power train only and it cost me $1300. I HAD to get a warranty per the finance company to get financed... something sounds mighty fishy here folks.
